I have been here 2 times for car service and once for headlight bulb replacement. Everytime John and team are super efficient in getting the job done 100%. Great place , no rip-off's.

This place is amazing. Victor was so helpful in doing a pre-trip inspection, and he helped fix my brakes and battery extremely quickly. He even helped me install my new license plate because I have no idea how to do that lol. Thank you JP Automotive and Victor for taking a potentially stressful situation and making it so easy - highly recommend!!

Once again, John’s team provided excellent services today. For last 20 years, I dropped off my cars at JP’s for maintenance and repairs. The costs were always reasonable. Sometimes I even joked by show surprised faces “That much!!! Okay Don’t change it and I will pay now.”

John has worked on two of my cars so far. I trust him because he speaks the truth. :-) He told me which services were required for my Sienna's 60k maintenance and the best way to fix the suspension on my old Prius. I will be going back to John to work on my next car issue. The bonus is his prices are very reasonable.

I have gone here for a few different minor things for my Toyota hybrid: smog check, oil change, broken headlight, etc., and I like the people. They have given me suggestions that they didn't have to give, but which were useful. The service seems reliable and they're responsive over the phone.

Has always been super helpful and honest. Very knowledgeable and fair pricing. Would give 6 stars if I could.

9-26-2025 I give 5 stars for the useful information that I got from (Vector) by a phone call. Thank you. I called JP today for scheduling a car inspection, it takes 1 hour and it cost $180 for the check (expensive) I think they were booked for today and I didn’t bring my car.

I went in first thing in the morning after opening to get my brake pads checked and replaced and they had it done quickly within ~2.5 hours at a reasonable price. The man I talked to (didn't get his name) was also very friendly and helpful - I would trust them as they didn't try to upsell me at all and told me honestly if something didn't need to be serviced. I'm not from the area, but if I was from here I would definitely be coming back!
